    Service Charge

    All rentals are subject to service charges for installation and dismantle. The current service charge is 20% of all rented items. Labor, purchased material, and lighting packages are not subject to service charges. Additional labor and delivery charges may apply to more complicated setups. An entertainment A/V representative can supply a complete cost estimate if required.


    Labor Rates

    All labor rates are subject to 4-hour minimums

    • Technical labor $ 45.00/HR
    • Overtime (time and-a-half) $ 67.50/HR

    Please note: Rates listed are hourly and subject to change.
    Rates are per technician/operator. Special daily rates are available upon request. All rates are subject to a 4-hour minimum. Time and a half includes any time after an 8-hour day per technician.

    Taj Mahal Terms & Conditions

    ALL EQUIPMENT IS RENTED ON A PER DAY PER ROOM BASIS. TECHNICIAN LABOR IS AVAILABLE AT $45 PER HOUR (4 HOUR MINIMUM). THIS IS NOT A COMPREHENSIVE LIST OF ALL THE EQUIPMENT WE HAVE AVAILABLE. PLEASE CALL THE TAJ MAHAL AUDIO/VISUAL DEPARTMENT TO DISCUSS YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS.

    The renter is completely responsible for all equipment to include any equipment damaged or stolen. It is required that the renter contact the Audio/Visual department immediately upon conclusion of meeting to ensure that no chance of liability may be incurred. Any equipment not ordered in advance may be subject to a 50% surcharge.

    Marina Terms & Conditions

    • All equipment will be set up 30 minutes prior to start time unless otherwise established in advance
    • Rental prices are per day, per room.  Minimum rental period is one day, midnight to midnight.
    • Equipment may not be moved from room to room without the prior consent of the Entertainment Dept.
    • No charge for small scale set ups.  Large scaled set ups billed at $50 per hour.  Time and a half includes any time after an eight hour day.
    • Client is completely responsible for all damaged and missing equipment.  It is required that the renter contact the A/V dept. immediately at the conclusion of the meeting to insure that no chance of liability may occur.
    • Prices and equipment are subject to change availability
    • Outside rentals will be subject to delivery charge
    • Equipment requested day of event will be subject to a 50% surcharge
    • All A/V requests are subject to 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax


     Plaza Terms & Conditions

    • All equipment will be set up 30 min prior to start time unless different set up time
      has been established in advance with client.
    • Rental prices are per item unless otherwise noted.
    • All rental prices are per room/ per day/ per function unless otherwise noted or
      established in advanced.
    • Equipment may not be moved from room to room by client or other departments
      without prior consent from the Entertainment Dept.
    • Prices do not reflect taxes or labor charges and are subject to change without notice.
    • Equipment is subject to availability. Outside rentals will be subject to delivery charges.
    • Minimum rental period is 1 (one) day, midnight to midnight.
    • You, the client, are responsible for the safe return of all equipment. If your
      meeting ends early please contact the A/V technician through the hotel operator.
    • Installation or interfacing of client equipment to Trump Plaza systems is subject to
      a $45.00 charge per room/ per day/ per function.
